Peter Conwell Richards

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Jane (Adams) Richards, children Deborah Jayne Richards, Jovanna Maria Richards and Christine Louise (Richards) & Thomas J Sawyer. Grandchildren Joseph Peter & Dawn Martillaro, James Anthony & Emily Martillaro, Elizabeth Jane Sawyer, Kathryn Ann Sawyer, Rebecca & Adam Sedwick, Emma Louise Sawyer, and Peter Thomas Sawyer. Great-grandchildren, Mark Robert, Selene Rose & Destrino Joseph Martillaro, Andrew Joseph & Charlotte Anne Martillaro and Gideon Thomas Sedwick.

Peter Conwell Richards was born in Warren Ohio, graduated from North High School in Columbus Ohio, married his lifelong partner Jane in 1958, served 22 years in the US Army, graduated from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and served on the mission field for 25 years with his wife Jane.

He is remembered for his passion for serving others, a generosity of spirit and his love for Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

A celebration of life will be held April 4th at 7:00pm at Amelia Baptist Church, 961167 Buccaneer Trail, Fernandina Beach FL 32034.
