Frances Pascuzzi

Frances Pascuzzi Harris of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the age of 91. She was born on December 5, 1934 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she grew up helping her parents and four siblings on a small family farm until she married Bill Pascuzzi in 1958. They were happily married until the time of his death in 2002.

Fran is survived by her children, Elise Leasure (Kevin), Bill Pascuzzi, Marci Aderiye (Augustine) and Michael Pascuzzi (Maria) and her stepson Bill Harris. She adored her 7 grandchildren: Andreas Aderiye; Alex, Mason and Devon Leasure and Gabriela, Will and Julia Pascuzzi.

She worked as an administrative assistant at Baptist Hospital and made many cherished friendships with whom she shared great memories. Fran was 79 when she retired from Baptist Hospital and in 2014 married the second love of her life, Sam Harris from Naperville, Illinois. In addition to being baptized a Catholic at birth, she became actively involved in Sam’s Bethany Lutheran Church in Naperville in the summer and Lakewood Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville during the winter months.

Always thinking of others first, her kindness and caring shined through in both her generosity to others and in support of organizations special to her such as The American Heart Association, St. Vincent dePaul and probably BEAM if she had been aware of its mission. In lieu of flowers, a donation to any of these charitable organizations would mean much more to her.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Our Lady Star of the Sea at 545 A1A North, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:00am.
