Vasta R. Fulk

Vasta Roselee (Clark) Fulk, 91, of Dade City, FL passed away July 21, 2026 at the Royal Oak Nursing Center in Dade City. She was born on October 26, 1934, to Harold D. Clark and Vasta M. (Webster) Clark in Columbia City, IN.

Vasta graduated from Columbia City High School in 1952. On April 17, 1954, she was united in marriage to John N. Fulk in Little Creek, Va. Upon John’s discharge from the US Navy, they returned to the Whitley County area. Vasta primarily worked in the home raising 3 children but also spent several years working in the office at Columbia City High School and was part of the kitchen staff at Columbia Township Elementary School.

In the early 1980’s Vasta joined John in managing The Dock in Columbia City where she worked until her retirement.

In 2009 Vasta and John moved to Florida full-time after several years of spending their winters there. John passed away in March 2018.

Vasta is survived by her three children. Daughter Jan (Tom) Linsky, Ft. Wayne, IN, daughter Lora (Rick) Greene, Dade City, FL, and son Jon (Sharon) Fulk, Dade City, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Along with John, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Vasta chose to be cremated, and she will be reunited with John at the National Cemetery in Marion, IN at a later date. The family will gather for a private service at that time.
