After starting their married life in Kentucky and Ohio, they went on to live in Crystal Lake, Illinois where they raised their children. Pat and Bob retired to Florida and then settled in Spring, Texas. Pat was a devout Catholic and was always an active member of her church. She truly loved our Lord and her Catholic faith.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents William and Ida Erb, her brothers William and Daniel Erb, and her sister Rosemary Erb Schrode.
Family is what brought Pat the most joy. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Bob Schultz and sister Terry (Mike) Deavy. She is also survived by the five children that she and Bob were blessed with, Valeria Baldocchi, Bonnie (Bryan) Leland, Mark Schultz, Gloria (Tom) Kessler, and David (Amy) Schultz. God also blessed Pat and Bob with 14 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Pat is survived by many nieces and nephews. She had a big, loving family which was always most important to her.
Pat enjoyed crafts of all kinds. She loved ceramics and painting. Her family has many memories of the beautiful gifts she created. Pat also loved playing games with friends and family. She was always ready for a game of Bridge, Pinochle, Yahtzee, Bingo or whatever anyone suggested. Her family’s fondest memories will always be the years she and Bob spent on the llama farm. They raised llama, sheep, and goats, and were so proud of the times their grandchildren showed the llama in the McHenry County Fair.
