LATIMER, William K, 79, of Largo, FL died at Morton Plant Hospital on January 21, 2012. Born in Plymouth, PA, William attended Kingston PA Public Schools. He was graduated from West Chester State College with a Bachelors degree in Education. He received a Masters degree from Temple University in Public School Administration. Bill taught in the public school systems of Maryland, California, Delaware; and for 31 years, he was employed by the West Chester PA School District as a teacher and administrator. Bill was a member of PSEA and St. Paul UMC. He was an avid sports fan and followed hockey, football and baseball in PA and FL.
He was predeceased by his parents, Kermit A. and Elizabeth Vollrath Latimer.
William is survived by his brother, Richard K. and wife, Andrea from NJ and PA, nephews, Bryan E and wife, Johanna, Pottstown, PA; Jeremy P, Greenville, SC, and grandnephew, Jackson B, Pottstown, PA. Services and interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
