Michael was the beloved husband of 55 years to Nadine (Harter) Finkelstein, with whom he shared a lifetime partnership and cherished memories. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Jessica and Amy, and a proud father-in-law to Nick and Sheriff.
He was a deeply loving grandfather to Emma, Abby, Clay, Noah, and Lila, who brought him immense joy and pride. Michael is also survived by his sister, Arlene Zimmer.
Born in Albany, New York, Michael spent the majority of his career at General Electric in Erie, Pennsylvania. After leaving GE, he went on to become a successful entrepreneur, embracing new challenges with determination.
In his retirement years, Michael and Nadine enjoyed their time in Florida, where they created lasting memories and friendships. They traveled together and spent time with their daughters and grandchildren.
Michael will be remembered for his humour, quiet strength, and unwavering love for his family. He will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved him.
A private memorial will be held by the family.
