Linda was a devoted woman of faith whose love for God guided every aspect of her life. She lived with kindness, compassion, humility, and grace, finding strength in prayer and trusting God’s plan through both life’s joys and its challenges. Her unwavering faith was an inspiration to her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Above all, she cherished her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who gave generously of her time, love, and encouragement. She created a home where everyone felt welcomed, loved, and accepted, and her gentle spirit will remain a lasting gift to those whose lives she touched.
Though we grieve her absence, we rejoice in the assurance that she has been welcomed into the loving arms of her Savior. We find comfort in knowing she has heard the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant,” and is now reunited with loved ones who went before her. Her faith has become sight, and she now rests in perfect peace.
She is survived by her loving husband, Terry Smith; her children: Heidi Sutch, Holly Kilpatrick (Marcus Kilpatrick), Heather Williamson (Chad Williamson); her grandchildren: Ashley Lavine (Urias Lavine), Sarah Kilpatrick, Abbigail Sutch, Noah Kilpatrick; her great-grandchild, Tatum Lavine, and many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Betty Goodrich and her son-in-law, Jason Sutch.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Greenfield Midrises’ Clubhouse (13622 Greenfield Drive Tampa) on Saturday, August 8th, from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to either the American Cancer Society or Lifepath Hospice, honoring her volunteer service, faith and compassion that defined her life.
We will forever miss her loving presence, but we are deeply grateful for the gift of her life and the enduring legacy of faith, love, and hope she leaves behind.
