

He was born to the late Lawrence and Nicoletta (Musmanno) Pesce on May 18, 1937 in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army and then was employed with Trans World Airlines (TWA) for 35 years.
Joe and his beloved wife, Judy, were married for 57 years, relocating his family to Palm Harbor, Florida in 1989. Nine years ago, Joe and his wife moved to Highland Lakes Retirement Community where they shared a beautiful lifestyle meeting wonderful friends. Joe thoroughly enjoyed watching sports (a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan), as well as golfing, chair volleyball, playing cards, Doo Wop songs from the 50’s, and spending time with his family. Joe was truly one of the nicest men you would ever meet.
He leaves behind his wife, Judith (Romonovich); daughters, Danielle (Kenny) Mauer and Dawn (Charles) Bailey; grandsons, Max and Jackson; sister, Mary Ann Misselwitz; and was preceded in death by his siblings, Leonard Pesce and Philomena Worms.
A mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 750 San Salvador Drive, Dunedin, FL with a luncheon immediately following in the DuBois Center.
