He was born in Columbus, Georgia in 1963 to Jewell and Rogers Ingram.
Fiercely independent, Kevin entered the workforce at the early age of thirteen as an Iron Worker, and proudly participated in the construction of major projects throughout Florida and Georgia.
Kevin was preceded in death by both parents and is survived by his brother Kenneth (Kathy) Ingram, sisters Kelly Hollis and Rebecca Tapia, and stepmother Sharon Ingram.
