

Harold Jordan Kelley Sr, 94, of Pinellas Park, Fl left his loving family on February 6th, 2022 to meet his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was born in Seneca, SC on Oct 7, 1927. He was predeceased by his first wife, Sarah Mayberry, of over 56 years as well as his daughter Kathleen Ann Harris and his son Harold (Hal) Kelley, Jr.
He is survived by their remaining 3 children and their spouses; Sherre Kelley Spinelli (Paul), Thomas Eugene Kelley (Linda) and Jacqueline Kelley Mendoza, (Mario); 12 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Harold was remarried in 2004 to Renate Fairclough who also survives him. There are 2 stepchildren and their spouses; Donna Osburn (Mitch) and Janice Rodriguez (Gene); and 2 step grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild.
He was a Banker having received his Bachelor degree from University of Virginia and his Masters degree from the Wharton School of business. He retired from banking in 1986 after having established two Pinellas County banks and serving as president and CEO of five other banks over his banking career. While active in banking, he served on the Board of Directors of The Florida Bankers Association. Following his retirement, he established his own Financial Consulting Company which he operated until February 2000. Over the years he was active in Community Affairs which included; Junior Achievement, Goodwill Industries Suncoast, Boy Scouts of America, St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, All Children’s Hospital, St Anthony’s Hospital, Polywogs, Esquire Club, he was appointed Lt. Colonel Aide de Camp in the State of Georgia and served as a member of the Escambia County Regional Health Advisory and Planning Commission.
A celebration of Life Memorial service to be held at Liberty Baptist Church, 9401 4th St., Petersburg, Fl 33702 on Saturday March 5th at 11:00am. A private graveside service for family will follow.
