

Eva-Ann “Eve” Singer Ciampoli, age 87, of Port Richey, Florida departed this life on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Florida. Eve was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing and passed away peacefully.
Eve was born on January 13, 1939 in Queens, New York to the late Harry Singer and Isabelle Thorne Singer. Eve graduated from High School in 1956 and married Nick Ciampoli Sr that same year. Nick and Eve bore three children, Nicholas Jr, Caryn and Garry. Eve was of the Catholic faith.
Eve worked as a school crossing guard in Baldwin, New York on Long Island. She often talked about that being her favorite job. Nick and Eve eventually moved from Baldwin, New York to Gravette, Arkansas where they opened Palermo Villa Italian restaurant, which they operated until the time of Nick’s unexpected passing. Eve eventually moved to Florida where she worked for and retired from Walmart in Cape Coral.
Eve enjoyed living at Journet Place in Port Richey, where she loved to socialize, play games and do occasional outings with her friends. What Eve loved most of all was travelling between Florida and California. She loved travelling to California to visit her oldest grandchild Nicholas “Nicky” Ciampoli, and her group of California friends.
Eve was preceded in death by her husband, Nick Ciampoli Sr., as well as her sister, Jean Singer Ford, of Winter Springs. Also preceding her in death was her daughter-in-law, Brenda Ciampoli.
Survivors include Eve’s three children, Nick Ciampoli and wife Alice of New Port Richey, Caryn Ciampoli of Holiday, Mikey Fryer of Holiday, and Garry Ciampoli of New Port Richey. Eve was also survived by two sisters, Susan Singer Herring of Oviedo and Cathy Holland of Deland. Eve was survived by 6 grandchildren, Nicholas, Timothy, Anthony, Aliceson, Dominick and Isabella; and 5 great-grandchildren, Natalia, Anthony Jr, Naomi, Marius and Miraya; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Eve will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her, especially by her family.
