Eileen Marie Beach

She was born on March 16, 1931, in Alton, Illinois, to Emil and Ethel Deucker (née Thomas). She was a talented seamstress and devoted much of her life to creating beautiful things for her family. When her children were young, Eileen made most of the clothing they wore. She was also a premier quilter, sharing her talent and generosity with others by donating handmade blankets to Labor of Love, a nonprofit organization that was especially dear to her heart.

Throughout her life, Eileen held a variety of positions. In her earlier years, she owned a Subway franchise and worked as a manager at Hardee’s. Later, she worked for the Department of Corrections as a word processing operator.

Eileen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne Beach, and her brother, Emil “Bob” Deucker.

She is survived by her children, Bill Beach of Cumming, Georgia, and Kathleen Riggs of Pinellas Park, Florida; grandchildren, Jimmy Beach, William Beach, Katie Rose Daines, Ashley Riggs, and Megan Riggs; and great-grandchildren, Shayne Riggs and Lucy Daines.

Eileen will be remembered for her creativity, generosity, dedication to her family, and the many handmade gifts of love she shared with others.

Arrangements have been entrusted to National Cremation Society in Clearwater, Florida. A memorial service will be held at Bay Pines National Cemetery on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 1:30 PM.
