

Delores E. Mitchell-Price, 70, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026. Born on March 10, 1956, in Bradenton, Florida, she was the beloved daughter of Junior Mitchell and Marjorie Jackson.
Delores lived a life centered on family, love, and resilience. She touched the lives of many through her kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Junior Mitchell and Marjorie Jackson; her husband, Daniel Price; her daughter, Wanna Barnes; her sons, Phillip Peterson and Junior Mitchell; and her sisters, Sharon Neal and Evelena Carter.
She leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory, including her son, Bernard Mitchell; her brother, Bobby Jackson; her stepmother, Lucile Mitchell; her sisters, Clotele Reed, Beverly Linder, and Schonda Mitchell-Crumbs; her cousins, Francis Cokley, Claudette Jackson-Jenkins, Jaymes “Peanut” Jackson, and Kishawn “Bam Bam” Bing; and her beloved grandchildren, Bernard Mitchell Jr., Dontae Mitchell, Shayontay Johnson, Krashanta Barnes, Domineaka Boyd, Douglas Towns, Davontray Towns, Diamond Graham, and Niyonnia Harry. She also leaves behind a host of cherished nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the many memories Delores created throughout her life and the love she shared so freely. Her legacy of family, compassion, and perseverance will continue to live on through all who knew and loved her.
May she rest in eternal peace and may her memory forever be a blessing.
