Crystal made her home in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she shared 28 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, John Rush. Her life was filled with faith, joy, and love. She loved her husband and her pup, River Song, deeply, cherished her relationship with Jesus and her church community, and found happiness in the simple pleasures of life — from cheering on football games and attending book club gatherings to lunches shared with dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Marcia Wooddell, and by John’s mother, Doris Rush.
Crystal is survived by her devoted husband, John; her children, Scot Fahrenbruch and Tina Fahrenbruch; and John’s children, Jeff (Tamara) Rush and Laura Rush. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Lenae Fahrenbruch, Austin Fahrenbruch, McGwire Fahrenbruch, Dayne Fahrenbruch, Jacob Rush, and Jackson Rush, as well as her beautiful great-grandchildren. Crystal is also survived by her brother, Charles Wooddell; her sister, Sandy (Bill) McCulloch; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Crystal’s warmth, kindness, and steadfast faith touched everyone who knew her. Her legacy of love will continue to shine through her family and all whose lives she graced.
