

Branch, Brian W, 70 of Clearwater, FL passed away June 10th after a long tough battle with multiple myeloma and cardiac amyloidosis. Born in Washington D.C., grew up in Chantilly, VA, Frankfort & Munich Germany. Served in the US Army, after his service, he settled in Clearwater in 1974.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years Debbie Hunt. His twin sons Alex & Aaron Hunt-Branch. Alex’s wife Becky, granddaughter Brynnlee, grandson Anders. Aaron’s wife Krystal, grandson Cooper. His Sister Julie (John) Witeck, nieces Anna, Abby, & nephew Sam Fuhrer. Sister Brenda Smith, niece Sara. Brother Eric (Susan) Branch. The Lewison and Graves family cousins.
He was predeceased by his Mother Jane and Father Wesley Branch.
Brian enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved music, sports, boating, fishing, motorcycling, camping, bicycling, reading, and gathering with friends.
He was the pillar of strength and wisdom for his family and friends. He was well read and analytical. He was always willing to share his knowledge and help loved ones thru life situations in a calm and collected manner.
He had a successful career in Municipal water treatment equipment sales. He made many lifelong friends and colleagues along the way during his fulfilling work life. He retired in 2017 and enjoyed traveling and camping with friends and family. During retirement he worked vigorously navigating his healthcare after being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in 2016. He did a lot of research, consulted with many doctors, and attended support groups. He fought extremely hard and endured a lot of adversity through many procedures. He never gave up, but ultimately, he was unable to overcome the cardiac amyloidosis.
He will be deeply missed. May his loved ones honor his legacy of strength and wisdom by implementing the memories into positive progress.
