Pieter Cornelius Kleymeer died on November 3rd, 2022 at the age of 41, after long struggles with alcohol addiction and bipolar disorder.
In 2010, Piet co-founded Common Cycle, a community-based organization empowering Ann Arbor to ride bicycles by providing access to education, workspace, and resources. He was dedicated to sharing knowledge and helping people feel more confident with their bikes.
Piet is survived by his mother Helene, his wife Molly Kleinman, and his beloved children Helena and Renske Kleinmeer.
