Norman graduated from Grand Blanc schools and married Tonja Burlingame on October 16, 1965. They had two children, Michele (Bissonnette) Flint and Martin Bissonnette. Norman was a veteran of the United States Army then retired from General Motors after 40 years of employment. Norman spent his retired years caring for his beloved 3 chihuahuas Bella, Blue, and Gizmo. He enjoyed traveling with Tonja, spending 2 great anniversary cruises to the Bahamas and Hawaii.
Norman is survived by daughter Michele and husband Jeff Flint, son Martin Bissonnette, grandchildren (Michele and Jeff) Jacob Purcell and Tamara Morales, Jess and Grant Auch, Brionna Flint, Kayla Flint, Cameron and Destiney Flint, Jessica Flint, Noel Flint, Sami Flint, James Flint, and (Martin's son) Tyler Bissonnette and 17 great grandchildren. Norman was preceded in death by his parents, wife Tonja, and beloved dogs Bella, Blue, and Gizmo.
