Barbara Lou Tucker

Barbara Lou Tucker, age 78, of Pontiac, passed away on Saturday, August 16th, 2025 at home in Pontiac surrounded by family. The daughter of Eldon and Clancie Reese, she was born on January 4th, 1947 in Fayette, Alabama.

Barbara Lou Reese married Donald Tucker (Son of Thomas and Eva Tucker) on October 30th, 1965 in Pontiac, Michigan. They started their married life in Pontiac, moved to Oxford with their family, and then back to Pontiac, they have lived at the same residence for the past 48 years. They were happily married for over 59 years!

Barb enjoyed cleaning and cleaning homes, offices and going to the casino. She loved being part of her Class Reunion Committee for 50 years after graduation! Barb was always on the hunt for the best deal and never passed up on a bargain!

She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, parents, and sister June Beatenhead. Surviving relatives are her brother Jerry (Sharon) Reese, Dewey (Debbie) Reese; children, David (Darlene) Tucker, Timothy (Cansu) Tucker, Scott (Elizabeth) Tucker, and Jeffery (Regina) Tucker; grandchildren, Rachel (David) Milbrandt, Miranda Tucker, Krystal (Nicholas) Stull, Daniel (Megan) Tucker, Joshua (Chelsea) Tucker, James and Nathan Tucker; great grandchild Lily Stull.
