

Aneta Pryor, a beloved mother, sister, and woman of deep faith, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, service, and compassion that touched all who knew her.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Aneta grew up in Rogers City and lived most of her life in Farmington Hills . She was the cherished daughter of Ida Wilhemina Friedrick and Edward August Knaebe.
Aneta was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Richard Willis Pryor, whom she married on July 1, 1947, and who passed on August 19, 1994.
Aneta is lovingly remembered by her son, Richard Willis Pryor, Jr., and his spouse Judy; her brother Edward and his wife Dusty; along with several nieces and nephews who will continue to honor her memory.
A woman of remarkable dedication and intellect, Aneta graduated summa cum laude in Nursing from Oakland Community College. She carried her compassion into both her profession and her personal life, always placing the needs of others before her own.
Aneta was a faithful and active member of Orchard United Methodist Church, where she spearheaded the intercessory prayer ministry for over three decades. Her unwavering faith and commitment to serving others left a lasting impact on her church community, where she also served in many other meaningful roles.
Aneta held a special place in the hearts of everyone who knew her. Her kindness, strength, and enduring spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
Her life was a testament to faith, love, and service. AS an example. that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
