Anthony "Tony" was born in Hackensack New Jersey to the late Patrick and Jacqueline Aguanno on July 7, 1947. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He spent his childhood in Massapequa, New York, before settling in Suffolk County. In his later years, he moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida, where he retired. A dedicated carpenter, electrician, and factory supervisor, Anthony was known for his hard work and craftsmanship. He cherished the outdoors, finding immense joy in fishing at Lake Panamoka. He enjoyed camping with his family, spending time at the beach, and hunting in upstate New York with his sons. Music was also a significant part of Anthony's life; he played the drums in a band during his youth and continued to find joy in music throughout his life. He spent countless hours cheering on his grandchildren at their baseball games, tossing around a football, and watching movies with them. He had a fondness for his wife's Italian cooking and cherished their visits to Disney World together. Tony's greatest happiness in life came from his wife Jean, who was the love of his life. His "Huns Buns," who took amazing care of him until his last breath.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Jean, and their children: Hope Finamore and her husband Will, Dawn Boone and her husband Billy, Anthony Aguanno, Jr. and his wife Linda, and Robert Morris and his wife Jennifer. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his 14 grandchildren: Ryan, Logan, William, Issabella, Lexi, Dakota, Justin, Jett, Jared, Laci, Landon, and Luke, as well as three great-grandchildren: Nova, Noah, and Grace.
