

Born on April 17, 1961, Tracy was a lifelong resident of Pinellas County, Florida. Throughout much of her career, she worked as an office manager and bookkeeper, where her organizational skills and strong work ethic served many local businesses over the years.
Tracy had a love for music, especially artists such as Patti LaBelle & Barbra Streisand, and enjoyed spending time outdoors maintaining her yard. Known for her lively personality and strong-willed nature, Tracy approached life with determination and an independent spirit that left a lasting impression on those around her. Those who knew her understood that Tracy faced life on her own terms and was never afraid to speak her mind.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Judy and Earl Mobley, and her sister, Patricia Smyrski.
Tracy is survived by her daughter, Lynsey Edwards; her grandchildren, Ryan and Remi; and her brother, Rick Mobley.
Tracy will be remembered by family and friends for her strength, big personality, and the lasting impact she had on those who knew her.
A celebration of Tracy’s life will be held Sunday, July 12th @ 2pm to 4pm at Seminole City Park, Pavilion 1; 7464 Ridge Road, Seminole, FL 33772.
