Marianne T. Rossi

Born in Ohio, Marianne was the beloved child of Charles and Jeanette Tooker. She grew up in Terrace Park and while she saw much of the country and Canada, she eventually followed family to Florida and realized that was her new home.

Throughout her life, Marianne was known for her kindness, humor, generosity, resilience and strength. She found joy in family activities, spending time with friends, doing puzzles, the outdoors, and reading. Her greatest pride was her family, and she devoted herself to those she loved.

She is survived by her children. Geoff (Laney) Batlis and Jennifer (Scott) Posch; grandchildren, Caitlyn (Tyler) Conway, MacKenzie Posch, Chris Posch, and Alexa Posch.

Those who knew Marianne will remember her for winning a donkey from the Cincinnati Reds, expertly performing fire baton routines, providing administrative support at some of the largest flooring and water companies in the country, or for placing 1st in a 10K race. Her love, guidance, and warmth touched countless lives and will continue to be felt by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pinellas County Animal Services.

Marianne will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
